National Australia Bank raises US$1.5B in notes

National Australia Bank Ltd. raised US$1.5 billion through the issuance of subordinated notes.

The notes were issued under the bank's US$100 billion global medium-term note program, according to an Aug. 2 release.

The notes carried an annual coupon rate of 3.933% and will mature Aug. 2, 2034.
