Sberbank's Kazakh unit names deputy chairman; ATFBank terminates board member

* ATFBank JSC's board terminated the powers of management board member Yerbolat Sabyrgaliyev.

As a result, he is no longer a member of the board from Jan. 16.

Bank of Georgia Group

* Bank of Georgia Group PLC said Andreas Wolf intends to step down from the role of nonexecutive director, effective Jan. 31.

Wolf cited other business commitments for his resignation.

SB Sberbank

Kazakhstan-based SB JSC Sberbank named Viktorovich Titov deputy chairman of the management board.

SB Sberbank is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAO Sberbank of Russia, which is in turn majority-owned by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
