Commerzbank applies for cancellation of trading of its shares on the LSE

Commerzbank AG issued a request Dec. 11 to cancel the listing of its shares with the U.K. Listing Authority and for the cancellation of the admission to trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange.

The board of directors made the decision due to the limited amount of trading of the lender's shares on the LSE, Commerzbank said Dec. 14.

The cancellations will take effect from Jan. 31, 2019.
