Cornell Capital invests in Taiwan's Lorom Holding

Private investment firm Cornell Capital LLC provided an undisclosed amount of investment to Lorom Holding Co., a Taiwan-based manufacturing solutions provider focused on specialized cable manufacturing and assembly.

Vertically integrated Lorom also provides plastic injection, stamping, die-casting, printed circuit board assembly and tooling processes, as well as customized component design and manufacturing capabilities. Chairman and CEO Thomas Yuan, together with Lorom's management team, will continue to lead the company.
