Grupo Supervielle increased capital via share issuance

Grupo Supervielle SA will increase its capital up to 8,032,032 Argentine pesos through the issuance of up to 8,032,032 ordinary class B shares, the bank said in a regulatory filing March 28.

The class B shares will carry a nominal value of 1 peso each and one vote per share and will be subscribed at a price of 49.91 pesos per share.

The board will seek approval for the capital increase in a shareholder's meeting April 27.

In a separate filing published the same day, Grupo Supervielle said it injected 95 million pesos into Banco Supervielle SA on March 27.

As of March 28, US$1 was equivalent to 15.54 Argentine pesos.
