MedGen agrees to acquire technology company Magnifind.ca, appoints new CEO

MedGen Inc. agreed to acquire Canada-based Magnifind.ca.

Magnifind.ca is a technology company that provides consumers with health information and referrals.

The Greensboro, N.C.-based MedGen, which produces and sells healthcare products, expects the acquisition to be completed within the next 60 days after Magnifind's US GAAP Audit is finished.

As a result of the potential acquisition, Bradford Brock resigned as an officer and director of MedGen, and Michael Kahiri was appointed president, CEO and director of the company.
