Peruvian lender Financiera Efectiva SA said its board on Dec. 17 approved the creation of a deputy general manager position and named Juan Carlos Del Alcázar Chávez to the new role.

Del Alcázar Chávez, who is currently the company's commercial manager, will continue to perform that role when he assumes the deputy general manager position on Jan. 1, 2020.
