IntegraFin declares 2nd fiscal interim dividend

The directors of British investment platform operator IntegraFin Holdings PLC declared a second interim dividend of 5.2 pence per share for the fiscal full year ended Sept. 30.

The second interim dividend is payable Jan. 24, 2020, to shareholders on the register as of Jan. 3, 2020, and brings the total dividend for the fiscal year to 7.8 pence per share, compared to 6.4 pence per share in 2018.

For the 12 months to September-end, the company reported pretax profit on ordinary activities attributable to shareholder returns of £49.0 million, compared to £40.9 million a year ago.
