Australia's Oventus reorganizes exec roles as part of plan to expand into US

Australia-based Oventus Medical Ltd said it reorganized executive roles to reflect its push into the U.S. sleep market.

CEO Neil Anderson will transition to a chief technical officer role.

Chris Hart, clinical director of Oventus, will assume the CEO role and will also serve as managing director. He will head the company's U.S. expansion efforts.

Anderson and Hart are both co-founders of the company and will both remain executive directors of the company.

Oventus develops medical devices for treating sleep apnea and snoring.
