Nielsen Holdings and Entravision Communications Corp. inked a multiyear renewal deal for Nielsen's Local Television Measurement.
Pursuant to the deal, Nielsen will provide its TV measurement services to all 56 TV stations of Entravision. Nielsen will continue to provide Entravision its local TV measurement data and services, like ratings services, qualitative measurement with Nielsen Scarborough and Nielsen Local TV View tools.
Further, Entravision-owned digital platform targeted at U.S. Hispanics, Pulpo Media, will use Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings to give advertisers accredited metrics for digital impressions. This will enable Pulpo to provide advertisers and agencies better campaign results and more sophisticated measures of success.
