Radius Bank names SVP; Indiana-based Merchants Bancorp director to retire

Paul Luter and Jim Schmitz joined the board of Nashville, Tenn.-based Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Co. and parent CSB&T Bancorp Inc., The Tennessee Tribune reported.

Luter most recently served as director of internal audit for LKQ Corp., while Schmitz was Regions Bank's Middle Tennessee area president.


John Perry is set to retire as a director of Carmel, Ind.-based Merchants Bancorp, effective as of the company's 2019 annual meeting of shareholders, which is the end of his current term.

Perry's experience includes serving as senior vice president and trust officer at Indiana-based Terre Haute Savings Bank, S&P Global Market Intelligence records show.


Boston-based Radius Bank named Tim Anderson senior vice president and national sales director of the Government Guaranteed Lending division.

Anderson was senior vice president and Small Business Administration lending manager at Cornelius, N.C.-based Aquesta Bank.
