Woori Bank sets up medium-term note program

South Korea's Woori Bank has established a global medium-term note program.

The bank may issue notes worth up to US$7 billion under the program from time to time, according to an offering circular filed May 11.

HSBC will act as the arranger for the note program, while BNP Paribas SA, Citigroup Inc. and UBS Group AG are among the dealers.
