CVR Medical Corp., a Canadian healthcare equipment company, appointed Joel Kanter as a director of the company.

Kanter has served as president of Windy City Inc., a privately held investment firm, since July 1986.

Kanter also currently serves as a director of two public companies including Magna-Labs Inc. and Medite Cancer Diagnostics Inc.

British Columbia-based CVR Medical focuses on the development and advancement of subsonic, infrasonic and low-frequency sound wave analysis technology for the healthcare sector.
