Fibra completes 7.1B Mexican pesos bond placement

Fibra UNO completed a two-tranche bond placement in Mexico for an aggregate 7.1 billion Mexican pesos.

The placement comprises a 1.0 billion peso bond issuance due Nov. 29, 2027, and a 6.1 billion peso issuance maturing Dec. 5, 2022, with a floating rate of equilibrium interbanking interest rate plus 85 basis points.

The proceeds of the placement will be used to prepay in full 68,500,588 senior notes with the ticker FUNO 13 and is expected to occur Dec. 15.

As of Dec. 6, US$1 was equivalent to 18.89 Mexican pesos.
