Commerzbank's mBank appoints CFO in management reshuffle

Commerzbank AG unit mBank SA named Andreas Böger as CFO, it said March 30.

Böger replaces Christoph Heins, who resigned effective June 30. Böger is currently head of the corporate finance division within Commerzbank's development and strategy group.

Additionally, Jaroslaw Mastalerz stepped down as a management board vice president, effective March 31, to engage in developing and commercializing new financial sector technology within a project implemented in cooperation with mBank.

Krzysztof Dabrowski will join the management board for the remainder of its term, serving as head of operations and IT.

Frank Bock was also named a management board vice president as head of financial markets. He has been managing director for treasury at Commerzbank since 2009.
