National Grid seeks power supply proposals for Rhode Island

Narragansett Electric Co. is seeking power supply proposals to provide standard offer service for its customers in Rhode Island.

The National Grid USA subsidiary is particularly looking to procure 20% of the load for its residential and commercial groups for the period of Oct. 1, 2018, to March 31, 2020, and 100% of the load for its industrial group for the period of Oct. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2018.

Interested bidders should submit their respondent proposal information by 5 p.m. ET on June 22. Qualified bidders should provide indicative pricing by 10 a.m. ET on July 3 and final pricing by 10 a.m. ET on July 11. Winning bidders and the company will execute confirmations no later than two business days after final pricing.
