Digital invoicing company Tungsten names chairman

Tungsten Corp. PLC appointed Tony Bromovsky chairman, replacing Nick Parker, who will leave the board Oct. 31.

Duncan Goldie-Morrison will also join the digital invoicing company as a nonexecutive director, while David Benello will become a senior independent director.

Peter Kiernan will also retire from the board, alongside Parker.
