Touchstone Bank rolling out 3 strategic initiatives for 2019

Prince George, Va.-based Touchstone Bank launched three strategic initiatives for 2019, which comprise opening a loan center in Wake Forest, N.C.; closing the limited-service branch in Henderson, N.C.; and restructuring secondary mortgage business operations.

Touchstone said the expansion into Wake Forest, N.C., will give it financial flexibility and aid it in better serving its customers in the region. The Wake Forest loan center is expected to open in March, and the limited-service branch in Henderson, N.C., will close effective April 30.

The bank further added that the secondary mortgage business line is being restructured to improve secondary mortgage services and streamline the current structure, improving efficiency and customer service.
