Corporate Capital Trust II to buy back common shares

Corporate Capital Trust II is offering to repurchase for cash up to 284,984 of its common shares through a tender offer at a purchase price of $9.24 apiece in cash.

The offer will expire at 4 p.m. ET on June 28, unless extended.

The purpose of the offer is to provide shareholders with liquidity because there is otherwise no current public market for the shares.

If the total number of shares tendered in the offer exceeds the number of shares the company seeks to repurchase, it will repurchase shares on a pro rata basis.
