FS Investment companies' self-tender offers expire

FS Investment Corp. II, FS Investment Corp. III and FS Investment Corp. IV disclosed the expiration of separate tender offers for their respective common shares.

FS Investment Corp. II purchased a total of roughly 3,283,214 shares on a pro rata basis at $8.05 per share for roughly $26.4 million, out of around 19,771,251 shares validly tendered and not withdrawn in the offer. The company had offered to purchase up to 8,134,082 shares of its issued and outstanding common stock.

FS Investment Corp. III offered to purchase up to 7,038,102 of its common shares, and a total of roughly 18,457,383 shares were validly tendered and not withdrawn. The company purchased around 2,899,470 of the shares on a pro rata basis at $7.75 per share for roughly $22.5 million.

FS Investment Corp. IV purchased roughly 267,472 of its issued and outstanding common shares at $10.75 per share for roughly $2.9 million, out of the 854,134 shares validly tendered and not withdrawn in the offer. The company initially offered to buy up to 603,934 common shares.

All three tender offers were launched on Nov. 19, 2018, and expired Dec. 27, 2018.
