Valeritas Holdings falls out of compliance with Nasdaq listing rule

Valeritas Holdings Inc. said it was no longer in compliance with Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid price listing requirement.

The medical technology company has until July 1, with a possibility for extension, to regain compliance.

The development does not have any immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Bridgewater, N.J.-based company's stock on Nasdaq.
