York, Pa.-based PeoplesBank A Codorus Valley Co. named Larry Pickett executive vice president and CFO.

He will also serve as treasurer of the bank's parent, Codorus Valley Bancorp Inc.

Pickett was executive vice president and CFO at Bay Bank from January 2014 to July 2018.
