Inpoint Commercial Real Estate Income files for $2.4B common share offering

InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income Inc. is offering up to $2.35 billion of its common shares, consisting of up to $2 billion in shares in a primary offering and up to $350 million in shares pursuant to a distribution reinvestment plan.

The company is offering a combination of its class A, class T, class S, class D and class I shares at an initial price of $25.00 per share. Purchasers must have a net worth of at least $250,000 or a gross annual income of at least $70,000 and a net worth of at least $70,000.

InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income intends to use the net offering proceeds to make investments, reduce borrowing and pay debt, and fund its share repurchase plan. Although the company does not plan to list in any stock exchange, it adopted a share repurchase plan to provide liquidity to shareholders.
