The U.S. Federal Trade Commission and AT&T Inc. have reached a settlement on a 2014 complaint, which alleged that the carrier failed to inform users that it would slow down the data speeds of customers with unlimited plans, Reuters reported, citing a court ruling.
The value of the settlement was not disclosed. The U.S. District Court in San Francisco said FTC and AT&T asked for a 90-day stay for the government agency to review and vote on the proposed settlement, according to the report.
