Report: Everstone hires adviser to review Indonesian food portfolio exit plan

Private equity firm Everstone Capital Asia Pte Ltd. is said to have hired Rothschild to review its plan to exit two Indonesian food and beverage portfolio investments, DealStreetAsia reported, citing two persons familiar with the development.

Everstone initially invested in the businesses in 2014, and is understood to hold about a 51% stake each in PT Dom Pizza Indonesia, master franchise owner of Domino's Pizza in Indonesia, and PT Sari Burger Indonesia, master franchise owner of Burger King, the publication said.

While an official stake sale process has not yet been initiated, informal discussions have taken place over the past few months, DealStreetAsia noted, citing the persons, who added that Everstone is likely to sell the two businesses together and seek out a potential buyer accordingly.

Everstone did not respond to a request for comment by DealStreetAsia.
