CNH Industrial Capital LLC has priced $500 million of 4.375% notes due April 5, 2022, issued at par.
The offering is expected to close April 10. Interest will be payable April 5 and Oct. 5 of each year, beginning Oct. 5. The company's subsidiaries, CNH Industrial Capital America LLC and New Holland Credit Co. LLC are guaranteeing the notes.
The company plans to add the net proceeds to its general funds and use them for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including the purchase of receivables or other assets, in addition with being used to repay its debt as it becomes due.
Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters. MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and UniCredit Capital Markets LLC are acting as joint book-running managers.
