American Tower plans 2-tranche senior notes offering

American Tower Corp. aims to issue an undisclosed amount of its senior unsecured notes due March 15, 2025, and Jan. 15, 2030.

Interest on the 2025 notes will be paid semiannually every March 15 and Sept. 15, starting Sept. 15, while interest on the 2030 notes will be paid semiannually every Jan. 15 and July 15, commencing July 15.

The communications-focused real estate investment trust plans to use the net proceeds to repay existing debt.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. will be the joint book-running managers for the offering. U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
