Healthcare Trust of America Inc. issued 4.2 million common shares at $29.60 apiece under its at-the-market offering program in October 2017 for gross proceeds of approximately $124.3 million.

Also in October, the healthcare real estate investment trust entered a forward-sale arrangement under a forward-equity agreement. The company expects to receive $75.0 million in net proceeds from that transaction, which is set to close in April.
