Trinity Place JV completes $138M acquisition in Brooklyn, NY

TF Cornerstone Inc. and Trinity Place Holdings Inc. completed the acquisition of an apartment property in Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Williamsburg neighborhood for nearly $137.8 million, The Real Deal reported, citing property records and RE Business.

The property was sold by Nuveen, which paid $169 million for it in 2015, the report said.

TF Cornerstone secured an $82.8 million mortgage from M&T Realty Capital.

Representatives for TF Cornerstone, Trinity and Nuveen did not respond to The Real Deal's requests for comment.
