Continental Properties buys Seattle multi-housing building for $216M

Developer Continental Properties paid $216.1 million to acquire the 366-unit Met Tower multi-housing building in Seattle.

The property at 1942 Westlake Ave., which was developed by the company in 2001, includes a lobby with lounge space and an indoor pool and spa.
