Doubleview Capital to exercise 90% option over Red Springs copper project

Doubleview Capital Corp. agreed to issue 1,320,000 common shares to acquire a 90% interest in the Red Spring copper-silver-zinc project in British Columbia.

The company will issue 1,188,000 common shares to CEO and director Farshad Shirvani and 132,000 common shares to Erik Ostensoe, according to a Dec. 19 release.

As part of the deal, the company will not have to pay C$132,000 due under the option agreement.

Following completion, Shirvani will retain a 9% interest and Ostensoe a 1% stake in the project.
