Reno, Nev.-based Visual Healthcare Corp. said it will buy Velocity Manufacturing Corp. The company did not disclose the deal value.
Houston-based Velocity provides computer numerically controlled machining and fabrication services to energy organizations worldwide.
The acquisition of Velocity will bolster Visual Healthcare's balance sheet, parent company LTN Capital CEO Linh Nguyen said in the news release. LTN bought Visual Healthcare in March.
