Rockwood Capital buys Santa Monica, Calif., building for $58M

Rockwood Capital paid $58 million to acquire the historic Santa Monica Clock Tower Building in California, The Real Deal reported.

The seller of the 12-story, 53,500-square-foot property at 221-225 Santa Monica Blvd. was Sorgente Group of America Corp., according to the publication.

The property is leased to Bold Capital Partners, H Code Media and Hylink.
