HV Bancorp to pay 1st post-conversion cash dividend

HV Bancorp Inc. is paying a special dividend of 50 cents per common share — its first cash dividend since the mutual-to-stock conversion in January 2017.

The dividend will be paid out on or about March 22 to shareholders of record as of March 8.

HV is the Huntingdon Valley, Pa.-based holding company of Huntingdon Valley Bank. The latter had $237.6 million in assets at the end of 2017.
