Waste Connections Inc. President Steven Bouck stepped down from his role and will be replaced by Executive Vice President and CFO Worthing Jackman.

Bouck had been associated with the company for 20 years. Jackman has served as the company's CFO since 2004.

Jackman will be replaced as CFO by Senior Vice President of Finance Mary Anne Whitney. Whitney has been associated with the company since 2006.

The resignation and the appointments will be effective July 1.
