Apollo Medical names CFO, eliminates president role

Apollo Medical Holdings Inc. appointed Eric Chin CFO, effective July 1.

Chin replaces Mihir Shah, who was the company's CFO for the past two years. Chin has served as the CFO of Apollo's unit Network Medical Management Inc. since March.

In addition, Apollo is eliminating the position of president, which is currently held by Gary Augusta. Augusta's duties will be transferred to ApolloMed's co-CEOs, Warren Hosseinion and Thomas Lam.

Augusta will continue to serve as a board member.

California-based Apollo is an integrated healthcare delivery and management company that provides medical care services.
