Paragon Partners lowers stake in Capacit'e Infraprojects

Paragon Partners reduced its stake in Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd. to 8.89% from 11.98% with the sale of 2.1 million shares in the company at 417 Indian rupees apiece, Live Mint reported, citing data from the National Stock Exchange.

The private equity firm sold a 3.09% stake for 870.6 million rupees, according to the report.

Capacit'e Infraprojects went public in September, raising 4 billion rupees in its IPO, the Dec. 1 report noted.

As of Nov. 30, US$1 was equivalent to 64.47 Indian rupees.
