Cushman & Wakefield PLC disclosed second-quarter net income of $6.3 million, compared to the year-ago net loss of $33.5 million.
EPS attributable to common shareholders totaled 3 cents, compared to the year-ago loss of 23 cents.
The company said the improvement was driven largely by stronger operating results, lower integration costs and lower interest expense.
Second-quarter total revenue rose 7% year over year to approximately $2.12 billion, while adjusted EBITDA increased 3% to $174.5 million.
In reporting results, the global real estate services firm said it is on track to generate 2019 full-year adjusted EBITDA in the range of $685 million to $735 million, in line with its guidance.
