Cushman & Wakefield PLC disclosed second-quarter net income of $6.3 million, compared to the year-ago net loss of $33.5 million.

EPS attributable to common shareholders totaled 3 cents, compared to the year-ago loss of 23 cents.

The company said the improvement was driven largely by stronger operating results, lower integration costs and lower interest expense.

In reporting results, the global real estate services firm said it is on track to generate 2019 full-year adjusted EBITDA in the range of $685 million to $735 million, in line with its guidance.
