CalPERS chief operating investment officer resigns

Elisabeth Bourqui has resigned as chief operating investment officer at the California Public Employees' Retirement System, Axios reported Jan. 7.

Bourqui joined the $340 billion public pension fund — the largest in the U.S. — in May 2018.

Dan Bienvenue, who oversees more than $150 billion in the global equity team, will serve as acting chief operating investment officer of CalPERS, according to report, citing an internal email.
