Owl Rock Capital offering $425M in notes

Owl Rock Capital Corp is offering $425 million of 4.000% notes due 2025.

The notes mature on March 30, 2025. Interest on the notes will be paid on March 30 and Sept. 30 of each year, beginning March 30, 2020.

The company expects net proceeds from the offering of approximately $417 million, after deducting the fee paid to the underwriters and estimated offering expenses payable by the company. The company will use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include making investments and repaying debt.

BofA Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, ING Financial Markets LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., SG Americas Securities LLC, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. are the joint book-running managers of the offering.
