Sheridan Capital Partners invests in care pharmacy Tarrytown

Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm Sheridan Capital Partners made an undisclosed investment in Tarrytown Expocare.

Austin, Texas-based Tarrytown is a care pharmacy that serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Sheridan invested alongside Tarrytown's founder Mark Newberry and the management team, who keep a meaningful ownership interest in the business.

Oxford Finance provided debt financing for the deal. McDermott Will & Emery LLP acted as legal counsel to Sheridan Capital Partners.

GuideCap Partners, Jackson Walker LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP acted as financial adviser, legal counsel and regulatory counsel, respectively, to Tarrytown.
