CorEnergy Infrastructure agrees to trade $44M of senior notes

CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc. agreed to exchange $43.8 million of its 7% convertible senior notes due 2020 for a total of 837,040 shares of the company plus $19.8 million in cash consideration.

The outstanding amount of the 2020 notes will be reduced to approximately $70.2 million from $114.0 million after the exchange, which will be conducted under a deal with three holders of the notes, according to a filing.
