Omnes Capital acquires majority stake in Opportunity

Omnes Capital SAS closed the primary management buyout of Opportunity, a software-as-a-service platform for customer interaction management.

The Mutuelle d'Assurances du Corps de Santé Français-backed investment firm took a majority stake in Opportunity by investing more than €14 million through its third-generation smallcap fund.

The transaction represents a spinoff of Opportunity from parent Vocalcom Group, in which Apax Partners holds a majority stake. The spinoff enabled Opportunity founder Anthony Dinis to boost its capital share in the company.
