Corpus Christi, Texas-based employee benefits brokers Heavin Insurance Agency and Arvak Insurance Group have merged and become affiliated with Leavitt Group.

Will Heavin and John Otto are co-owners of the combined company, which is named Heavin, Otto & Leavitt.
