Banco BCT to launch bond program worth $50.0M

Costa Rica's Banco BCT SA said it garnered approval from the country's financial regulator to launch a new standard bond program in the local market worth $50.0 million or its equivalent in Costa Rican colones, according to a filing from the lender.

The bank said it plans to use to proceeds from the debt offering to finance the growth of its credit portfolio.
