Panama's Global Bank to offer $2M in bonds

Panama's Global Bank Corp. said it is offering up to $2.0 million in 360-day commercial and negotiable securities at an interest rate of 3.25%.

The series C-I bonds will be issued March 16 and are part of the company's $100 million issuance program.

Proceeds from the offering, which will launch March 14, will be used to finance working capital and to finance the bank's lending portfolio.
