Invesco Mortgage Capital CEO to retire

InvescoMortgage Capital Inc. CEO and President Richard King will retireMarch 1, 2017.

Chief Investment Officer John Anzalone will take on the roleof CEO, and COO Rob Kuster will serve as president.

Additionally, Jason Marshall will serve as chief investmentofficer. Kevin Collins will assume the role of executive vice president incharge of commercial credit. David Lyle will become executive vice president incharge of residential credit.

Marshall is currently managing director and head ofportfolio management at Invesco Mortgage Capital, according to the company'swebsite. Collins serves as managing director and head of commercial mortgagecredit. Lyle serves as managing director and head of residential mortgagecredit.
