TenneT Holding adds 4 executives to board

TenneT Holding BV appointed four executive officers to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

The Netherlands-headquartered electric transmission company named CEO Manon van Beek, CFO Otto Jager and COOs Ben Voorhorst and Wilfried Breuer to the board.

Breuer's nomination is temporary as he will leave the company April 1, 2019, to join Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH as technical director.

Lex Hartman will step down from the executive board since the nonstatutory director position will cease to exist, according to a company release. Hartman will continue to serve as TenneT's strategic adviser during the first half of 2019.
