S&P: Japan Housing Finance Agency to issue fixed-rate mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency will issue up to ¥197.6 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said.

The notes are due June 2053.

The company will finalize the issue amount in mid-May. The transaction will be closed May 25.

As of May 11, US$1 was equivalent to ¥109.40.
