Chinese truck logistics company Fuyoukache fetches US$170M in series D round

Chinese truck-logistics service provider Fuyoukache obtained US$170 million in series D funding, DealStreetAsia reported Dec.17, citing a company statement on its official WeChat account.

The round was led by Matrix Partners China and Bank Of China Group Investment Ltd., the report noted.

The company said that the capital will be used to finance its technology development. It reportedly raised 150 million yuan in financing led by JD Logistics in January.

As of Dec. 19, US$1 was equivalent to about 6.89 yuan.
